You are invited to join me in Oregon for this centuries old practice that is sure to fill your mind and spirit with the gentle grace of Gratitude. When you allow yourself to become immersed in Gratitude, your entire being rests effortlessly in deep calm, peace, contentment, and happiness.

A perfect way to center yourself so you can enjoy all aspects of the Holiday Season. A heart/mind balanced with an attitude of gratitude is your best assurance for a meaningful and joy-filled holiday.

If meditation is on your list of goals for 2018, this class will teach you everything you need to know to become a successful meditator and start reaping the benefits of meditation in your life.

You will receive a thorough grounding in the basics of meditation common to all traditions and learn the four main types of meditation: Breath, Mindfulness, Visualization, and Mantra so you can choose the style that fits best with your lifestyle and personality.
