It is often said the single most important spiritual technique—the most powerful transformational practice—is Gratitude.
This year we are going to do things a little differently. We will be doing several short meditations that help our hearts and minds find and recognize gratitude.
Give your mind and spirit a chance to be enveloped in the gentle presence of Gratitude. If you can allow yourself to become immersed in Gratitude, your entire being will rest easily in deep calm, peace, contentment, and happiness. Gratitude is the perfect way to center yourself so you can enjoy all aspects of the Holiday Season. A heart/mind balanced with an attitude of gratitude is your best assurance for a meaningful and joy-filled holiday.
Appropriate for families with kids ages nine and up. No previous meditation experience needed.
