If the current tone in politics, the media, and the world, is affecting your stress levels, relationships, sleep, or peace of mind, take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn meditation techniques that will neutralize toxic feelings of frustration, stress, despair, and anger.
In this series you will have a chance to learn how meditation can help you rise above the craziness, drama, and divisiveness, of these times to find equanimity, calm, and peace of mind.
Each class will focus on learning a specific technique and then taking the time to practice using it, and applying it, to specific current souces of frustration, angst, despair, and/or fear.
Make the choice to stop contributing to the problems and, instead, become a part of the solution!
