Karma is NOT the law of punishment or retribution. Quite the opposite! According to yoga philosophy:

Karma is a mechanism by which we move from awareness of things to awareness of the Real Self.

Join me on a journey into:

  • Yoga Philosophy
  • The Doctrine of Karma 
  • The Anatomy of Chakras
  • Precipitation of Matter and Priority of Causation
  • Law of Reciprocity

In order to understand why and how Karma manifests it helps to understand how energy, according to Yoga Philosophy, creates and moves through the physical world and in our physical bodies.

Karma and Reincarnation are intimately linked. In this series you will also learn:

  • What Karma is.
  • What it isn’t.
  • How it works.
  • Techniques to soften your Karma!

And remember, you don’t need to believe any of this. It’s a system that gives us a way to look at things differently. And sometimes... 

All we need is a new perspective, a new thought, 
to transform an impossible problem into a problem solved.

Woven through the teachings will be what I like to call, “On-the-Spot Techniques,” you can use at any moment of your day to ease difficult situations, or in other words, to soften your karma. In addition, you will also learn meditation techniques to use in your sitting practice that will help soften your karma before it fires. 

Often, all it takes is a different way of seeing, a new perspective, to shift challenging thoughts, emotions and even physical events, into more peaceful, healing, positive energy.

Understanding karma did this for me and if you’re interested, I’d love to share what I’ve learned with you.
