Finally! A daytime group meditation for those of you who can't make it to the evening sessions! Start your week with a Meditation on Monday so you are centered, calm and able to handle whatever life brings your way on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday... etc!
In each class we take time to:
- Bring deep relaxation to the body,
- Quiet the mind,
- Bring mindful presence to the breath.
- Open to the experience of stillness, awareness and calming presence.
