Finally! A daytime group meditation for those of you who can't make it to the evening sessions! Start your week with a Meditation on Monday so you are centered, calm and able to handle whatever life brings your way on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday... etc!

In each class we take time to:

  • Bring deep relaxation to the body,
  • Quiet the mind,
  • Bring mindful presence to the breath.
  • Open to the experience of stillness, awareness and calming presence.

Traditionally, group meditations are an integral part of any practice. Why? Because meditating together creates a field that enhances everyone's experience. Join us to help revive your personal practice or to reap the unique benefits that come from meditating with a group of like-minded individuals.

Weekly meditation class is my reset button. Everything that has built up during the week is released. I use the breathing techniques all the time, when I'm driving, dealing with my kids or any times of stress. Meditation class reminds me of the person I am trying to become and every week I get a little bit closer.
