Join us for this relaxing, uplifting, calming, centering, daytime group meditation.

Meditating even once a week will make a noticeable difference in your ability to handle whatever life brings your way on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday etc. 

Available in person and online. 
If you choose the online option you will be sent a link 15-ish minutes before class to allow you to join us from your phone or computer.
