Holding on to grudges, resentments, wrongs, and wounds, is often described as drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. We are told to forgive the other so we can free ourselves. Sounds so good, right?
Yet… somehow the doing of the forgiving just isn’t as simple as it sounds. Many of us realize, we don’t know how to forgive.
In this workshop you’ll learn all about the ins-&-outs of forgiveness and then I’ll share a beautiful and effective Ritual of Forgiveness that was given to me by my teachers.
- We’ll practice it, break it down step by step, and then go over it again, so you will be thoroughly comfortable and able to do it on your own.
- You’ll receive a written copy to have at your fingertips whenever you need it.
- As an added bonus, you’ll learn how to insure that your forgiveness endures.
Forgiveness is considered an advanced spiritual practice because it takes a willing and mature individual to practice it.
