Introduction to Meditation

Learn the basics of meditation common to all traditions. We cover posture options, breathing, and beginning techniques. This is a great class to take before joining one of the ongoing group meditations

Meditation for Pregnancy and Childbirth

Learn how to cultivate "Meditative Awareness" to help you through the labor and birthing process so you can reduce pain, eliminate fear, and stay calm so you can reduce or eliminate medication. A great thing for both mom and baby!
