Maturing A Meditation Practice
 

The purpose of this six-part series is to give you the tools, insights and knowledge you'll need to "bump it up" and mature your Meditation Practice.

Each workshop or day retreat includes teachings, techniques, and time to practice. We'll also take time to discuss how you can personalize all you're learning so you can advance your meditation practice to the next level. 

A mature meditation practice is not about how often you sit, how long you sit, or how deep you go when you sit, or even how calm and blissful you feel when you sit.

A mature practice is feeling calm even as the barking dog, the monnkey mind, the police sirens, or the blaring TV become the soundtrack for your meditation. A mature practice is noticing the monkey mind, the dishes, the traffic, or the sullen teenager and showing up without all the emotional drama, blame and shame. 

A mature practice is learning how to live our lives in a way

that brings us happiness and contment.

I truly believe that this journey inward is the hardest, the most important, and the most rewarding journey of our lifetime. It is my joy to share with you the teachings and techinques my teachers have shared with me so that you might also be inspired to meditate and work towards realizing the maturity, wisdom and joy they embodied.
