When It’s All Too Much:

A Grounded Way Through Overwhelm

A FREE Live Zoom Event

With Caren Prentice, Meditation Momma

For men carrying the pressure of work, family, and life — and quietly wondering if they’re doing enough.

Saturday July 19
9-9:45am PT / 11am CT / Noon ET

Does This Sound Familiar?

You feel like, and maybe even believe, you’re supposed to be the man people can count on. At work. At home. In your community. And there are days when it’s just all too much!

You’re managing a business or a team with staff who don’t always show up the way they should, and a never-ending list of things only you can do.

Meanwhile, you want to be present and supportive with your kids, your partner, and yet they sometimes feel like just one more “have to do” you resent.

Where do you go when it all feels impossible?

What do you do to break the momentum of the overwhelm and stop spiraling into feelings of failure and not good enough?

In this honest and practical session, I’ll be offering:

  • Two simple but effective techniques to stop overwhelm in its tracks — even in the middle of chaos and disaster.
  • A new way of looking at your role, your life,  that can free you from feeling like you’re a failure.
  • A step by step method to navigate pressure with presence — instead of shutting down or blowing up
  • A path back to the confidence of trusting your own inner wisdom and  clarity.

Just to be clear, this webinar isn’t about teaching you how to fix everything. It’s about showing you how you can stay centered and clear in the middle of the storm— and believe in yourself during the process.

Whether you’re a business owner, a dad, or someone people look to for answers, you deserve support, tools, and a way through the overwhelm that actually works. And, since I know you’re busy and your time is limited, we’ll do it all in just 45 minutes!

My negative self talk is pretty much non-existent since starting my journey here.

Meet Caren

Although I'd been meditating for over thirty years and teaching for close to twenty, two years ago I led my first men's retreat.

ALL OF US—the fifteen men who were attending, and myself—were wondering how I was going to pull it off.

What was I, a woman, doing leading a men's retreat?

The answer became clear. I know meditation. Several said they'd never felt so loved and accepted and seen.

Meditation has taught me to stand unshaken in the crash of breaking worlds. My hope is to share that wisdom with all men who are willing to be different, to be more consicous and aware, to stop hiding, and help each other wake up, and show up, for a new way of being.
