The emphasis of this Introductory class is to give you time-tested tools and techniques so you can feel confident you know what you're doing when you sit to meditate on your own at home, or joining a group meditation.
You now have two options, Tuesdays or Fridays!
Join us for this relaxing, uplifting, calming, centering, daytime group meditation. Meditating even once a week makes a noticeable difference in your ability to handle whatever life brings your way on Wednesday, Thursday, and over the weekend. Available in person and online.

Yes! Little ones can meditate. It may not look like what adults do but there are techniques and activities that work for them. I'm so looking forward to this class!
6 week series. Jan 10 - Feb 14. Thursdays 7:00 - 8:00pm A group especially for those in recovery and working on the 11th Step. This class teaches techniques to help you make conscious contact with a Higher Power no matter what your beliefs, or lack of.

What does Astrology have to do with meditation? It's another tool in our toolbox that helps us understand people. This understanding gives us a way to detach and take things less personally so we can figure out how to interact more harmoniously.
