How to Move Through Dread & Despair

Thursday February 20
5:30 - 6:30 pm PT / 7:30 CT / 8:30 ET

People are in pain and are living in upheaval and fear. I just know you can give them a glimmer of hope.

Dear Ones,

One of our sangha members recently emailed me:

There are millions of people who are living in fear right now, fear for their jobs,
their freedom,
their families. I am wondering if you could devote just one episode of
your podcast to talking about fear. I don’t see this getting any better any time soon.

People are in pain and are living in upheaval and fear.

I just know you can give them a glimmer of hope.

'Of course!' I repsonded and decided to offer a free live event where I can not only share what meditation has taught that keeps me out of dread, despair, and fear; but also allows the opportunity to answer questions and keep the content immediately relevant for anyone who attends–and is brave enough to ask questions!

At times like this, it takes being clear headed and calm to be part of the solution. And while it’s not my place to tell you what the solution is, as a long time meditator I can help you be clear-headed, calm, and wise, so you’ll find the solution that's right for you.

I hope you can join me. Please feel free to share this link with anyone you know, especially those directly impacted by recent events, who are looking for a way to navigate these uncertain times with wisdom and clarity.

You will get through this!

So much love,

Caren
