Three Perspectives
to Stay Out of
Fear, Worry, & Anger

Thursday February 27

5:30 - 6:30 pm PT / 7:30 CT / 8:30 ET

PLEASE NOTE: The Zoom link for this event will be emailed to you.  If you don't receive it within 30 minutes of registering, please email zendesk@meditationmomma.com asap to let us know.

Caren shows us how we can either be trapped in the chaos of what's happening with catastrophic thinking OR with the wisdom, compassion, and equanimity to know what is ours to do.

Dear Ones,

Join me and learn what helps meditators move through fear, worry, and anger, so you can show up with calm, clear-headed, awareness EVEN when a firehose of massive overwhelming change, uncertainty, and upheaval, is blasting the world you thought you knew into smithereens.

I’ll be sharing 3 perspectives you can use anytime, day or night, to help you stay out of fear and keep your:

  • Mind clear to discern what’s yours to do and not get distracted.
  • Heat rate down to show up calmly and wisely for each new moment.
  • Attitude at Altitude to remember it’s not personal even when it feels so personal.

Meditators know what to do when anger, fear, and worry show up in our minds, hearts, and lives.

I won’t pretend to know the answers to solve the political situation, but I do know a few things that might help ease your hurt, your anger, and your fear.

I hope you can join me.

And, please feel free to share this link with anyone you know, especially those directly impacted by recent events, who are looking for a way to navigate these events with wisdom and clarity.

So much love,

Caren
