The Rules Are Different in Meditation Land

Meditation teaches us this hard truth: if I'm angry (or feeling any intense emotion), that's about me. No one has the power to MAKE me angry.

Intense emotions are messengers showing us what needs to be balanced. Instead of blaming everyone else, we accept that whatever we're feeling is about us.

Our mantra becomes, "Change Me!"

How? First, we have to balance our earth life - our inner emotional landscape.

We have techniques to help you become a calmer, kinder, wiser person.

Once you balance this inner landscape, you can discover for yourself, what is it all about? What's my purpose?

How I Cheated at Meditation

Caren Prentice (aka Meditation Momma) is the Founder of Hamsa Meditation Center and a prolific teacher for over 15 years.
