Join us for this friendly, easy going, and highly effective Group Meditation. Meditating even once a week makes a real difference! Traditionally, group meditations are an integral part of any practice. Why? Because meditating together creates a field that enhances everyone’s experience. Join us to help revive your personal practice or to reap the unique benefits that come from meditating with a group of like-minded individuals.


The focus of this Spring’s Group Meditation will be sharing the four key elements to a successful and joyful meditation practice that I have learned over the years.  The upshot being:

You don’t have to meditate perfectly to gain the immense benefits meditation brings.

You just have to learn to how to stop beating yourself up when you’re not perfect. And that’s what we’re going to cover: Finding success in your imperfect practice. Sounds awesome, doesn’t it? I hope you will join me.
