Group Meditations

Each of our online Group Meditations has their own unique personality, yet each includes time for practice, teaching, discussion and meditation. Join us and experience how meditation can help you handle the rest of your week with wisdom and grace.  All Group Meditations are held on Zoom.

Meditation for Moms

Moms! You can join us online from the comfort and ease of your own home! Come as you are, with dinner in tow if necessary. We get it! And, we want nothing more than to give you a place to feel supported and understood as we share the tools that have helped us become the moms we always dreamt of being.

Prana Yoga for Meditators

Yoga for Meditators is all about holding supported poses for extended periods so there's plenty of time for awareness of the relationship between your physical body and your breath/prana to blossom. This allows the flow of prana to increase which gives comfort and ease to the body—subtext: makes it comfortable to sit for meditation—and, even more importantly, brings you clarity, vitality, contentment, intuition, and joy.

Our Introduction to Meditation Classes are offered throughout the year! We'll introduce you to the core concepts, skills, and techniques that are the foundation of every meditator's 'toolbox.' We keep our classes small so we can be responsive to the needs of each person's unique personality and lifestyle.

Kids matter! We love kids and want to do everything we can to give them meditation skills and tools that will help them deal with the stress and anxiety of friends, school, and their anxious worried overwhelmed parents.
