Beginning Meditation Classes

We offer our Introduction to Meditation Classes throughout the year! We'll introduce you to the core concepts, skills, and techniques, that are the foundation of every meditator's 'toolbox.' We keep our classes small so we can address the needs of each person's unique personality and lifestyle. Prana Yoga for Meditators

Yoga for Meditators is all about holding supported poses for extended periods so there's plenty of time for awareness of the relationship between your physical body and your breath/prana to blossom. This allows the flow of prana to increase which gives comfort and ease to the body—subtext: makes it comfortable to sit for meditation—and, even more importantly, brings you clarity, vitality, contentment, intuition, and joy.
