Wednesday Morning Group Meditation

The perfect mid-week meditation to keep you in touch with what really matters. Re-balance your inner world so you can handle whatever life brings your way during the rest of the week with wisdom, calm, and kindness.

Our Wednesday Morning Group goes for just 60 minutes which allows enough time for:

  • An opening meditation to relax the body and quiet the mind.
  • A short teaching, or story, to inspire you.
  • A chance to check-in and support each other as you learn how to integrate your meditation into your lives,
  • Pranayama and meditation

On the West Coast? It’s a lovely way to start your day.
On the East Coast?
It’s a refreshing mid-day re-set.

But best of all, meditating just once a week is proven to bring you more equanimity, clarity, and wisdom. Join us to reap the unique benefits and sense of community that comes from meditating with this small, and wonderful, group.
