Life is complicated, right?

It’s hard enough navigating relationships, jobs, school, and family, but add the catastrophic thinking of an anxious mind that leaves you feeling inadequate, confused, scared, and like you’re never quite good enough… and it can become overwhelming.

This series will show you how to quell your anxious mind so you can find the wisdom and strength to navigate the stresses of your life while honoring exactly who you are!

Classes will focus on:

  • Building body awareness to help notice physical signs of stress and anxiety before hitting a mental breaking point,

  • Learning breathing techniques that can help decrease stress and anxiety, even on a moment’s notice,

  • Learning to identify and release our own agendas—the source of so much of our anxiety—so that we can better adjust, adapt, and acclimatize to what’s going on around us

  • Letting go of resistance and staying open to mystery so that we can see things as they are and show up for what is really going on.
